We get your appointment

The Spanish appointment system almost always says there are no slots. That is not a waiting list — it means none are free right now. We watch it for you and book the moment one opens.

One fee per procedure, and you only pay once the appointment is confirmed. All 52 provinces. Write to us in English.

Private service. We are not the Administration and we have no agreement with it: we use the same public appointment system you can use yourself.

Two ways to work with us

Full booking

We search, we book, and we send you the official confirmation. You just turn up.

  • One fee per procedure, €49 to €299
  • Paid once the appointment is confirmed
  • We tell you exactly what to bring

In preparation

Alert only

We would watch the system and message you when a slot opens, and you would book it yourself.

  • This service is in preparation and is not currently available for purchase.
  • We will publish the conditions and the price here when it opens.
  • Meanwhile, full booking is available: ask us for your appointment.

One fee per procedure

No plans and no packages. This is what it costs for us to do it: find the slot, book it, send you the confirmation. Official fees are paid by you to the Administration and are not included.

Fingerprints (TIE) The hardest slot to get in Spain €59 TIE collection The second appointment, with your receipt €49 TIE renewal After the resolution, with its own fingerprint slot €59 NIE assignment Form EX-15, no fingerprints €59 EU registration certificate Form EX-18, for EU citizens €59 EU family member card The community route €59 Return authorisation To travel while your card is being processed €59 Padrón registration At the town hall — the basis of everything else €59 Red card renewal Asylum seeker card renewal €79 Arraigo With document review before you file €99 Family reunification Both routes, and picking the right one €99 Citizenship Timelines, CCSE and DELE €99 Asylum — first application Specialist service, with follow-up €299

The linked guides are in Spanish for now. Several appointments for the same file or for a whole family: message us and we will adjust it. There is also a Priority option at €99 — document review before you go, priority in the queue, and unlimited questions.

How to pay

Once the appointment is confirmed we send you the booking receipt and tell you how to pay. From inside Spain or from abroad:

Bizum Bank transfer Ria Western Union Remitly MoneyGram TapTap Send

Bizum and bank transfer need a Spanish account. The other five work from anywhere.

We never ask for card details over WhatsApp or by phone. If someone does claiming to be CitaHoy, they are not CitaHoy.

How it works

01 Tell us your procedure and province In English, on WhatsApp. If you are not sure which procedure is yours, describe your situation and we will identify it — that part is free.
02 We watch the system Continuously, across every office in your province — not just the provincial capital, which is all most people check.
03 We book and send the confirmation The official receipt, with your name and reference number. Check it yourself before paying.
04 You pay, and you go We tell you exactly which documents to bring, and which official fee to pay beforehand.

The three deadlines that matter

1 month

From the notification of your resolution, to request the fingerprint appointment. The one most people lose.

30-45 days

How long the card takes after fingerprints. Collection is a separate appointment.

60 / 90

Days before your card expires, and after, to file the renewal.

All three run on their own and nobody reminds you. Our deadline calculator works from a single date — it is in Spanish, but you only need to enter a date.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell appointments. We book a free slot in the public system on your behalf.
  • We have no agreement with the Administration, and anyone who tells you they do is lying to you.
  • We do not skip anyone's turn and we cannot make slots appear.
  • We are not lawyers and we do not give legal advice. If your case needs one, we say so.
  • We never ask for card details over WhatsApp or by phone. If someone does claiming to be us, they are not us.

Our number is 672 048 044. Any other number is not ours.

Questions

Do you speak English?

Yes. Write to us in English on WhatsApp and we will reply in English. The detailed guides are in Spanish for now — we are translating them.

Is this legal?

Yes. We check the public appointment system and book an available slot for a client who asked us to. We do not sell appointments, we have no agreement with the Administration, and we do not skip anyone's turn.

Are you the government?

No. CitaHoy is a private service with no link to the Spanish government or the National Police. We use the same public system you can use yourself.

No, and we say so clearly. We get appointments and explain the procedure. If your case needs a lawyer, we will tell you.

How do I pay from abroad?

Ria, Western Union, Remitly, MoneyGram and TapTap Send work from outside Spain. Bizum and bank transfer need a Spanish account.
